  1. Would you say that scorpions/insects are a huge issue in the Summerlin/suburban LV area? Been thinking about going down there for the tax benefits and it definitely seems like the school districts are on the rise, but am a bit skeptical of the pest situation (not an immediate dealbreaker, but am wary of it)
